Philips waarschuwt voor veiligheidsprobleem Hue lampen
Philips Lighting waarschuwt voor een veiligheidsprobleem bij een aantal lampen van het type Hue. Het blijkt dat in sommige gevallen de lichtkap van de lamp Fair, Being en Still naar beneden kan vallen.
De waarschuwing geldt voor de typen Fair Hue Pendant (40339/31/P7), Fair Hue Ceiling (40340/31/P7), Being Hue Ceiling (32610/48/P7, 32610/30/P7, 32610/31/P7) en de Still Hue Ceiling (32613/48/P7, 32613/30/P7, 32613/31/P7), en dan specifiek voor de producten met de datumcodes 1636, 1637, 1638, 1639, 1640, 1641, 1642, 1643 of 1644.
Deze gegevens zijn te vinden op het zilverkleurige etiket op de achterzijde van de lamp. Klanten die in het bezit zijn van een van deze type lampen, wordt aangeraden contact op te nemen met de klantenservice van Philips Lighting.

They will replace lamps produced upto week 48 I'm told when I contacted them this afternoon. Altough the change in production was made in week 45.
If needed they will send a new cover with the thread on it.
