is there an app available to let Homey tell me what the upcomming appointments are?

And it really works very well.
I have it set to calls out appointments 20 minutes ahead of time.
It would be nice to have a call-out of the in-appointment set message/email reminders as well.

I did search but its hard to find a way to connect with my office 365 acvount. Help would be appreciated

I believe the https://apps.athom.com/app/nl.netactive.homey.ical2voice app should work just perfectly. Get your Office 365 agenda's ICAL address via for example https://www.quora.com/Can-I-import-an-Office-365-calendar-into-iCal-or-Google-Calendar .
