Foscam PTZ preset triggers

It would be great
I would like to go a PTZ camera to a specific preset after a motion sensor registered something

Already did this but I don't see the added value, it would be nice to make a video or send a snapshot but that option is not "webbased" possible with Foscam.

I have added the code below

YOUR_IPCAM = IP address of cam
PORT = Port to connect to

Username = A user on the cam with access rights to change Pan and Tilt
Password = the password for the above user
PTZ_NAME = name of the preset you want your cam to go to

Maybe this depends on the firmware or version of the foscam, I will try to do it with your settings aswell on the same cam

By the way you can also make a snapshot by doing

http://IP_ADDRESS:PORT/html/snap.html

Without a password?
On my Foscams i get a 404.
i use :
http://IPadresfromcamera:Port/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=username&pwd=password

No with logged in IP cam unfortunately

Ok, this is the adres i send to Chromecast so Homey can put the snapshot on my tv.
But we are very offtopic alr, sorry for that.

Found the solution for this as well

http://yourip:port/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?usr=USERID&pwd=PASSWORD

Then right after this

http://yourip:port/html/snap.html

Did you define a PTZ preset first in your Foscam app/webUI with the exact name that you use in the URL command?
