add support for CM sms gateway

Yes No problem, you can make an app for it. Quite easy see Developers.athom.com

Am I right that onlybusiness subscribers @ CM could send out sms with this option > how many (business) subscribers are there for each plan? This to calculate the the space for pallets of beer "Gruijter" may expect to receive... :-)
