Behaviour of grouped devices

In my house, downstairs comprises of a hallway, living room and kitchen. In total I have 12 HUE lights and 2 LIFX lights installed and these are controlled by Homey.
The voice command "Ok Homey. Zet de verlichting aan" switches on the lights in my livingroom *and* hallway. Not the kitchen.
If I manually swich on my Hue lights (with a Philips living color remote) and say 'OK Homey. Maak de verlichting blauw', all lights turn blue; living room, kitchen and the hallway too.
So, I wonder:
- how the lights are grouped in Homey
- are the grouping of rooms and lights are editable.
