I have already search the forum but couldn’t found a satisfied answer. Does the Plugwise Circle work with homey? I wane used it to check if my washing machine is ready. The machine is placed on de second floor so ZigBee will be a better choice than z-wave right?

  • Not directly (as in Homey's zigbee)  but there's different apps:

Thx! I see that I also need a plugwise server to connect. I thought the circle could directly communicate with homey. Or is that nog working?
  • Not yet. Implementing direct Zigbee devices has been postponed since there aren't that many devices. So most devices are implemented via a bridge.

You can can use the Fibaro Wall Plug for it. I've two for the washin machine and dryer located in the attic. They are quite expensive though...
  • thx MrDutchfighter. Is the range of the Fibaro Wall Plug good enough? My Homey is in de living room and my washing machine on the second floor.
  • Works in my house, same situation (house from the 70s). But no guarantees of course, every house is different.
