Contac Sensors Homey and HW working together

Homey still can't handle my KaKu and Smartware contact sensors in a proper way. Most of the times the signal is not received. To use them in a flow is almost impossible.

Still owning a Homewizard, which can detect the sensors every time, starts me thinking and maybe it's an old wheel invented again this is my (until homey can do it by itself) solution to take advantage of homey.

Create the sensors in hw.
Create a (dummy) light in hw and let hw create a new signal.
Create a task in hw for example when frontdoor opens dummy light goes on.
Go to homey devices/
Create a new device, choose from KaKu or Smartwares depends on which you are using.
Choose a socket and generate from remote.
On hw switch on the light you created/
Homey will detect this signal, save it as other.
Now you can use this device as trigger instead of the contact sensor.

Tested it with a smartware contact sensor way back in the garden and as hw has better receiving capabilities (whit the antenna mod) Every-time my test flows where activated.

Due to the fixed icons it looks somewhat strange in the flows but for me, I'm the only one who will notice this.
