Ring of purple-death after an update?

Hi all, 

After my Homey went for an update; it never came back.. what can i do to " push"  homey further. It doesn't boot anymore and just give a purple ring feedback..

Anyone?

  • Hey m8, did u even try to search the forums for it ?
  • Updating and the purple ring can take long, up to an hour. but there is a known problem that sometimes happens and is investigated by Athom. You should contact  Athom  by email support@athom.com  for a quick resolution .

     Hi Olaf,

    Never mind all nice, die hard old skool Homey(Be)Lievers!
    The Purple ring of Death you shouldn't fix yourself and the best practice (Also Athom strongly recommended advice) is to send it back to them.
    Just send a Em(a)il(e) to support@athom.com and @Annemarie will personally help you on a new Homey before the end of this week.
