Hello Emile,

FYI, for the La Crosse weather sensors there is a lot of protocol information available.
It regards these 433,92 Mhz sensors:

  • TX2
  • TX3
  • TX4
  • WS7000 series

And these 868 Mhz (IT+) sensors:

  • TX23 IT+
  • TX29 IT+

Here is info regarding their wireless protocols:

  • Based on the flowchart in this topic;
    https://forum.athom.nl/discussion/219/will-homey-support-device-x-read-this-first

    433 and 866 is on the community :)

    So its waiting untill someone creates an "app" that support these sensors.

  • But you made it much easier for the community by posting this information!

    Thanks for that.

  • @PeterGroeneweg;
    You're totally right!!

    Maybe i will buy some of these sensor (cheaper then Z-wave) and multiple sensor around my house can give a more accurate (averaged) temperature then 1 or 2 expensive sensors like NetAtmo's.

    And maybe my neighbors already have these sensor (cheap weather stations) that Homey can receive :Evil:

  • MarcoF,

    I saw the flowchart but I don't know how to program and I assumed somebody is interested. :)

    PS. An addition for La Crosse sensors:

    • TX-6U
    • TX-7U

    The communication seems to be ok because the values of temperature and humidity are shown in the device after pairing. But there are problems in the flow, I was not able to trigger a flow on a change of a value or at reaching a value. If someone succeeded to make a working flow, plase post it here, or is it a bug?
