There is no possible way for me to loging the Homey app and I would like to know why....

I can log into the forum, but when using my same credentials like mailadres or username with the same password I keep receiving that my credentials are invalid....

the forum account and Homey account are 2 different accounts. So u have to make an Athom account first to log in ur Homey.

I have, but how do I reset that password?

So u log in to the forum and with the same username/email and password u try to log in to ur Homey?
Or do u have a seperate Athom account to log in to ur Homey at http://my.athom.com ?

Hi @SdR ;
The Forum (https://forum.athom.com/) is another Account/password database than the My.Athom.com (https://my.athom.com/#/),

You can't logon to Homey without registering for your Homey first at that "my-site" or Accounts.Athom.Com site . 

Is kind of weird but I cant find a place to reset the password at the My.Athom.com site if you already registered...
Will make an Issue for That!
 
Did you Sign up to My.Athom.Com ? 
(us the link https://accounts.athom.com/signup )


Wait for the registration email and klik that link. 

With that Username/Password Logon to the Homey App (wetter you mean the Android, IOS?? of (Windows) Desktop App. )
If you are the owner or are invited to someones Homey You should see it there. 

If you don't remember your password you registered with you should Reset the password, but need to login to find the link (kind of vicious circle ;-)  ) 

To help you through that ;-)  
Go to https://accounts.athom.com/login?#password-forgotten and reset your password!

Thanks, i already registred but forgot my password.... So i cannot login anymore on one device

Requests  a password reset using the link https://accounts.athom.com/login?#password-forgotten
Should work instantly . ..

Tried it but I dont receive any mail, its not in my spam nor inbox.
