New Athom account - email?

Hi,
Installed Homey today after being in the box from the Kickstarter delivery. All went well (30-35min) and I have an updated Homey with voice and a rainbow ring at my desk.
I created a new Athom acoount and now when trying to login from the windows desktop app I get "Something went wrong, please try again.". Is there supposed to be a confirmation email (I have none) or does it take over an hour to approve a new account?

I indeed recommend you to send an email to support. From there we can manually activate your account if needed.
