Device that can sense my iPhone

Is there a device that knows when my iPhone comes close (like within 0.1 to 2 meters) and works with homey? I want to unlock my z-wave doorlock when i'm close to the door.
I live in an apartment in the city so 2 meters is max. Don't want my frontdoor open when I'm at home in the rest of the house or at the coffeeshop around the corner.

Yes it has NFC but not open, and I couldn't find a product that uses it.

Cool, ordered 3  I'm surprised tho there are no other BT LE products that do this. It's quite mainstream technology, I even have a bikelock that has this technology (unlocks when my phone comes close), so don't understand why this is not yet available as a home automation device.
