[REQ] RSS feeds - app listing
Homey is a device that should make everything easier and automate as much as possible
why isn't' that philosophy then applied to the website, forum and app listing?
I know Athom used a readymade forum solution, but even Vanilla Forums has a RSS option
Same goes for the app store, maybe even more so
Imagine having an RSS feed, we (Homey users) could setup a flow,
IF > there is any new entry added to the "new app" feed THEN flash the lights (or something)
I'm wondering why this was not implemented
(if the page was a normal page I'd script something myself, but it does not seem to be the case)

Here you go @techniman https://forum.athom.com/discussions/feed.rss
And there is a RSS app in the app store, not yet with the functionality you described, but maybe you can extend it yourself: https://apps.athom.com/app/eu.jeroensomhorst.feedreader
Adding it to Homey is not a problem, there are more ways to skin a cat
Either with the above mentioned app, IFTTT or something
thanks again
just applied the same logic to the rest of the site
https://forum.athom.com/categories/apps/feed.rss
works too :-)
I can also put my efforts in, but why reinvent the wheel...?
For now i use IFTTT to read the feed and notify me of a new entry
