New Prowl push notification App

Hello,
Based on the great work of Ton Versteeg, I build a Prowl push notification app for Homey.
At the moment just a settings screen to fill in the API key and one action to send a push notification message and a priority parameter.
I will try to add more functionality and place the app in the app store.
Right now you can get it at: https://github.com/rhannink/org.hannink.prowl
