what are reliable sockets

Hi

I just ordered my Homey, what are some reliable and affordable sockets I can use to switch power on and off?

Thanks

  • what do you think is affordable..

the most reliable is any z-wave socket, but also a bit more expensive (around €50-60)

KaKu/Action/etc (433 mhz) can be reliable if there aren't too many things that can give interference and the distance isn't too big.
Distance is a little different for everyone at the moment, some reach only 5-6 meters, others reach over the 10 meters (i'm one of them with 12 meters homey -> socket, only using sending at the moment)
