Support for Cocoon homesecurity and stiplight wifilights?

Hi homey-fans!

What an interesting product this is! Since we are moving info a new house later this year, I am looking into domotics. Before i get me a homey I hope someone can answer my questions:

Recently I've supported another great dutch startup: https://cocoon.life, a smart homesecurity system. How nice would it be if Homey can work with this systeem, in example so that after a trigger sets the cocoon-alarm that homey turns on the lichts in the house?
Therefore I hope Homey also can switch on my stiplight-WiFi ledlamps. (Www.stiplicht.com)

Can anyone answer this questions?

I've already read that honey can support a lot of thermostats, just like a lot of other things like tv-sets and audio. I will keep reading this forum to get a bit smarter myself

  • I don't have sight on all the products they are working on but it's logical that the most used devices (klik-aan-klik-uit, Fibaro Z-wave etc) will by supported at launch.

Other devices will be eithers supported by Athom later on, the community will write a driver or the manufacturer will write a driver.
  • any news on this
    StipLight in particular

  • Stiplight works with a wifi-box (so could be fairly easy) but I can't find anything about an api. I suggest contacting them... As for cocoon it's the same.. You could contact them about an API...
  • will contact Stiplight. THNX
