Can I see what triggered something

I am experimenting with the led ring. Normally I got it set at 0% brightness but I trigger it on for 10 seconds at an event. However it is now triggered by something I can't understand. Is there a way to see what caused that trigger?

    What's that event?
    And my reply should have been: Do you have the TV on that makes any sound so that maybe could trigger that special event?
