[KaKu] Remember: devices have only 6 memory places. Some get wasted after deleting devices or setup.

That problem I just bump in to it. After clear all the memory it was of course OK.
You clear all of the memory by holding the pairing button down, with a pin, till the light blink fast. Let the button loose.
Put the button down again for ~1 sec and all memory is cleared.

Deleting a device you have direct paired to Homey you have also do the same for unpaired as with remotes.
When the memory of a device, what is also directly controlled by Homey, is full and you want to pair a remote there, you can clear it.
When you used a remote to let Homey activated a device then there is no memory place occupied by Homey.
So you can deleted form the device page without a problem.
The time between activating the direct pairing on the device and accepting it on the device page is critical.
Beware of possible signals from other devices. Some of them you don't realise that they are there.
Think of moving/night/door sensors and use no wall-switches.
Then the silent one, if you use it, the KaKu/COCO/Trust Internet Control Station's (ICS).
They have there own program that you maybe forgotten. Look first if there is no signal to expected.

- Click on the switch options icon upper left.
- Switch the device on.
- Go to the device and activated the pairing.
- Switch the device off on the device page.
- You can now deleting the device on the device page.

- Check of the device is now working to switch it off and on again.
When you used a remote to let Homey activated a device then there is no memory place occupied by Homey.
So you can deleted form the device page without a problem.
