Cannot finish Installation

The Settings screen keeps empty .... only shows it's working in the background, but with any respons.... Homey is waiting with the multi color ring glowing .... any experience ?

    Is homey connected to you're wifi?
    After that you have to re-connect you're pc to you're home network and go to my.athom.com

    multicolor-ring usually means everything went right and Homey is waiting for you.... You do use chrome? And you are connected to the same network as your Homey?
  • I have used both Chrome as Safari and yes, I'm connected to the same SSID .... I was assuming something went wrong with the user I created but I have already done the procedure 3-4 times with the same result ....and different (new) userID's did also not help .....

  • went to Zones / Flows and returned with the browser ,,,, this seems to unlock something, I'm there .....
  • http://192.168.1.24/manager/settings/ gives problems, after returning it says 
    http://192.168.1.24/manager/settings/#homey:manager:apps, but then the Zones&devices keeps empty ... now the user doesn't have access any,ore , I first wil go to have something to eat, already spend 2 hours and still not a working navigation / menu

  • You might want to try this:

    Lookup your bearer-token. press F12 and search for the cookie which holds your bearer token or go to https://my.athom.com, login to your account and right-click on your Homey to copy the url. The bearer-token is in there.
    then go to http://192.168.1.24/?bearer_token=xxxxxxxxx
