My Homey has not been used for a few months...

and now just lights up red,  I think it cannot find the wifi anymore (password changed) but I have no idea how to change this.
Resetting I remember as holding it upside down for a few seconds but that doesn't do anything either...help anyone?

  • Unplug it, plug it back in, wait 10 seconds, then turn it upside down.
Then it should start telling you what do to and you can reconnect it to you wifi. :)
  • Thanks for your suggestions but it didn't work out: it doesn't start the countdown when holding it upside down, just keeps pulsing in orange and after a while turns red stable, in silence :'(
  • it seems like there has occurred an error with the firmware, you probably need to reinstall the firmware manually.

you will need to ask support@athom.com for help with this.

Thanks, @caseda I already sent them an email
  • Then I start to be frightened when my Homey is coming back online, after more the 6 months, by the first stable version.
