Webasto car heater

Winter is coming.. At least here in Norway!
As far as my google skills go, my Webasto T91 operates in the 868.3MZh range. Don't know if they have an API, but if not - it would be cool if Homey could learn/copy the on/off signal from my webasto remote.
My car has only two time presets for when to turn on the heater, and can't even differentiate on weekdays/weekends - so its useless.
Homey would do this job perfectly, only starting the heater on weekdays and when temp is below 5 deg.
