iTunes Airplay / AIrfoil

I know that native Airplay will take some time (and possibly licensing). I already asked this in the Slack channel, but maybe someone here has some insight. iTunes has the ability to stream to a single or multiple Airplay devices. Would it be possible to allow Homey to control this output? This would not require any licensing as the streaming is done from the Mac (or PC).

Another option is Airfoil, this is a Windows and Mac application that allows you to stream the systems audio output to one or multiple Airplay devices.
