Homey not available on ip address

Lately homey is no longer available on his ip address (192.168.1.17). I resetted homey (pulled the cable) and restarted the router several times but it is still unavailable.
Homey itself works, when i talk to it, it responds. To run the setup again is not possible because the 'homeySetup' wifi is not there.
So I can't do anything with homey right now.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

    And if you try it again? (hold homey upside) Is it counting down?
    Will the homeySetup SSID appears when you scan you're wifi

    Did u also try to log in with my.athom.com ?

    You can also ask what the ip adress is? Homey will tell you, maybe it is changed

    ah, ok, noob that I am, the ip address changed indeed. going to my.athom.com did the trick, thx.
