    I google'd a bit for you, to see if there was an API. I was unable to find anything about that, even read some reviews mentioning that these lights use a 'closed' system. I found someone who 'reverse engineered' it a bit, but no real 'code' yet.

    However, it turns out they are just 'rebranded' LedoSmart lights: https://hashifdef.wordpress.com/2014/10/03/hacking-nikkei-luxxus-smart-lighting/

    There seems to be an Android/IOS SDK for working with these lights. So perhaps there is someone who can translate that into javascript.
