(App idea) Simple Sonos app

Hi,

On Tweakers I read that it is possible to send some simple commands to Sonos via HTTP: http://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_message/47031147#47031147

This guy posted some examples to play, stop and change volume level: https://community.zipato.com/topic/controlling-sonos-system#comment-13466

It would be great if some one could make an simple Sonos app, with some commands like play, pause, stop, skip, volume, etc.

Sort of;  Sonos light app
i red it, and tryed it.  but my knoligh is to small.
looks like it is simple....

Athom is working on Official Sonos support so it would be a waste of time to create a simple app if you for now can just use the HTTP card app.

Actually had a discussion about this yesterday because I am about to buy a Sonos Play.

Emile told me that they are working on it, and they are not going to approve 3rd party Sonos apps in the app store. So just have some patience

Well I hope it is high at the list (after Zwave), Sonos support would improve the WAF a lot here at home.

Oh good! The sonos-app is still on the list. I was starting to believe that it would not be created at all. Loving Sonos.

i have tryed but i cant get it working....
and it looks so simple.     for me mute all speakers and on will do.
btw i tryed whit the http app.   that looked simple, but i am stock

I tried the play and stop command via a Chrome plugin (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/simple-rest-client/fhjcajmcbmldlhcimfajhfbgofnpcjmb) and those commands work! No time to test it with the HTTP-app for Homey right now.

Edit 1, tried to figure out how to use this with the HTTP-app, but there are only 2 fields, not 3 (url, header, body)..
