Set timer for X seconds by voice (like Siri)

Is there a way to set a timer for x seconds by voice. I use this feature a lot with Siri to cook something that needs a certain time. 5 minutes in de frying pan for example.

I speak to Siri with: Set timer for 5 minutes.
It reply with: ok I'll set timer for 5 minutes and a clock start counting down and gives a signal when it is down to 0.

Is this possible with homey?
