Exclude lights from standard command

Hi, @Emile  @Athom , I want to know if it is possible to exclude certain lights from the standard command: "Lights On'?  
In certain circumstances I don't want all lights to go on. Is this possible?  
I know you can use your zones in the command and even combine zones, like: "lights on in the Kitchen and Living", but that is not sufficient for what I intend. There are certain lights in the living that don't have to turned on by the standard command.

I changed my kaku to outlet for the garden lights. Worked for me

Would like to have this feature as well. Not using the default command "lights on" only the "lights off". Have indeed garden lights which don't need to turn on (in the summer) and lights which only needs to go on when i open a door.
