    What is the distance between the sensor and homey. Are you holding it nearby?

    Hi @caseda ;

    Yes its only 5-10cm between. I tryed even with open Antenna. No success. Strange is also that i need to make two times the triple click to start the review. On the first triple click nothing happens.

    Thx

    Ok, to be clear on the full inclusion.
    You first reset the sensor by:
    1. Take off the Sensor's cover and remove battery. Make sure the TMP button is intact.
    2. Touch the Sensor's body with a magnet,
    3. Insert the battery,
    4. Remove the magnet from the Sensor's body,
    5. Remove the battery
    6. Re-install the battery,
    7. Reset will be confirmed by double LED blink.

    After that Include again by:
    Start the inclusion on homey.
    Press the TMP button 3 times.
    Wait until homey asks to what group it need to send it information to (which is group 3)

     It can take some time for homey to start the interview and letting it know onscreen. (Max I had myself (with another sensor) was almost 6 seconds, interview was even done by then) It cancels the interview when pressing the TMP button again. Thus including it as a generic device

    Hi @caseda ;

    Tnx for your help. No success, reseted many times, waited by the clicks and the interview, reseted Homey also (freezes after .34 update). The sensor led is blinking only 4-5 sek, nothing happens after that. Maybe is the sensor defect, i am going to buy new one.
