Every hour (in flow)

Is there an easy way to trigger a flow every  "1" hour ( with the option to change 1 to something you like) for example read the news or tell the temperature
I think this should be an option in date & time

Stocks and wheather underground don't have a then option. So it would be nice to have the Every .... option also available as AND option

Every Hour is a trigger, not a condition.
So: Every Hour belongs in the first column: When
You can't say, "every Hour"  is True or False, 
Maybe you want a "The minutes == 00", that is a condition that is one minutes true every hour....
(but it isn't available now out of the box, you have to create it )

Probably you can work around it by using an other trigger and some condition.

Although your question "Is there an easy way to trigger a flow every  "1" hour ..." was very clear and the answer from Bas perfectly correct.....
What do you want to achieve?

If = trigger
And = condition (s)
Then = action

Besides posting certain weather data to your personal Weather Underground account, I currently can't think of a action my app can have?

As u can see here u can create some flow's wich will work with Wunderground.

That's actually an real nice suggestion, will add that to my to-do list!
