noticed that the delay in the actions is based on the first block 
also prefer to reorder the actions by drag and drop , if you now want to put something between you need to brick down to build op.
A option to duplicate a action would be nice

    Now all the flow cards are being activated at practically the same time (only a few milliseconds apart) there is no way for the developers to know when a user wants to have a cascading effect like you are trying now or if people want to have everything at (practically) the same time, at least not the way you can't move the cards around at the moment.
    Plus it is more easy to understand this way for people who are not that good with technology (example @Emile ;'s mother) what it is trying to be aimed at.
    That is why there was chosen to do it this way and the user needs to make the timing incremental them self's.

    The reorder and duplication has already been asked for many times now, and will maybe be implemented with the new flow editor whenever it comes around.

    I understand why they made this choice, but if possible, I would prefer the option to order them manually. +1 for @peterdegroote
