Why is there is no doorbell in homey insights?

    Give a little more info please, Which doorbell, which protocol is it using?

    For doorbells that needs an app from the app store, the developer must implement the insight feature.

    Here I have the KaKu ACDB7000 doorbell sender which uses the official KaKu app and its not in Insight.
    It would be very nice if its logged in Insights, so it is possible to see when the doorbell was pushed.

    Yes, both Apps and Drivers need to support Insights

    Kaku app is "closed source", there's even no "dummy" repo on Git where we can submit issues/feature request.

    Maybe you can create a feature request in the Homey repo?
