OK homey it Stinks in here, what can i do about it ??

so now you all think WTF ?  really this is a topic/idea? 
in my house there is buetiful lowered cieling with a central air suction above it, Nice!
what i want to acomplish is to have a fibaro motion sensor on the wall, and if the generic alarm lasts longer then ~2 minutes, switch on the fan to speed 3 for 10 minutes after the generic alarm is off.

i do have the original 433mhz remote to switch the fan to speed 3, only no way to learn this to homey.
am i missing something, or is this a poopy good  idea?

I think we'll have to wait until there is some generic 433MHz learning mode built into the Homey before we can get rid of the stench.
