what is this checkbox?

Sorry if this is a very silly question, and that I am overlooking something very obvious, but what is that checkbox you have in the upper right corner when making flows?

    It changes 'true' to 'false' and 'ask for confirmation' to 'ask for negative confirmation (i.e., saying 'no' instead of 'yes')'.

    It just gets "checked", and my flow does not work anymore.
