Can not connect to my Homey via browser

Hey, I have a issue to connect to my homey since a few minutes.
when I go to my.athom.com the "Select an account"-Screen appears. When I click on my registred account it shows the "rainbow"-Wallpaper for a milisec and then the "Select an account"-Screen appears again. I tried Chrome and Internet-Explorer.
When I use my local ip it works.
