KAKU device not showing in flow editor

not sure this is a bug or uer error.
I added a KAKU socket, and for a change I did not select lights as the related icon, but a fan (as this is what I have in the basement). The device was added without problem and works, however in the flow editor it does not show up in the device list. Th same is true when I select the heater. Only when I select the icon for lights it seems to turn up in the flow editor in the list of devices.

Any idea?

  • I had the same problem. It (for now) works if you use it as undefined socket and give it a name of your choosing. As far as I know, there are no build-in commands that would benefit from the fact that it's set as a heater or fan.

I agree it seems to be trivial, but the choice of an icon is nice to show different sort devices in a longer list.
If this breaks usage it should be fixed or not provided as an option.
