Bluetooth nearby homey detection

It would be nice if homey detects if a cell phone is in the room.
Is this idea allready implemented.

It is not yet implemented but they are working on an iBeacon solution (but that as a kind of indirect solution what needs constant data/wifi connection). However it would be nice if Homey itself could sense the proximity of bluetooth devices (cell phones, bluetooth keyring).

I do like OP's idea though, just by seeing a (previously paired) device you could trigger user presence quite easily.
