I would like a generic 433 record and play function as well. I have a pretty old school garage door with 433Mhz receiver. Would hate to convert that to somfy while Homey is perfectly capable of sending the required signal.

I just seem to have hit the same bug on 0.8.29 when installing a fresh homey at my parents... If that is at all possible. Edit: it doesn't even start to download the app (no blue led ring).

The way I see it, it is purely managing expectations. If you would like to receive your pre-order earlier (like me) you should expect it to be more buggy than you might if you wait until the "official" release.

I am curious about this as well. Most of my shutters are Somfy RTS. But a couple of them are 433.92 Mhz programmable. If I can't learn a signal, can I at leest send a custom one? I can get the shutters to learn them.
