you could use the IFTTT it can make nice buttons to switch tasks like app icons on android. Also poeple are using Tasker for it but is a bit more complex. The pushes Bas mentioned are for notifications on phone and other devices if im not mistaken…

also wondering if strips work with homey. i now have two non working aeotec recessed door sensors . strips i can put up for the time athom needs for there rewrite if they work and move them to the windows once they got the others working.

This sensor simply does not work yet with home. Look on github youll see the ticket is still open. Guess it will be open for some time to come because Athom is doing a complete rewrite of zwave. So thats why no one is posting the solution

i left the zwave platform on homey. Domoticz rules the zwave world .. Complete rewrite.... guess it will take until chrismas before it gets somewhere on Homey

Look at settings and app. It could be you have a yellow piramide with ! in it. Then the app crashed. Happens to me once a day.

Maybee you can set an option for users to fill . Just like a triggerd generic alarm for motion sensors . Do not trigger again for xx minutes. Guess we can also make this on a flow in combo with the countdown app already in appstore
