Are you sure u have the European version on the right frequency? Also perform a reset to default as described in the manual and try again. But if homey didn't see anything the first time i guess the zwave frequency is different because it's not …

Browsers aren't supported. (you also see this as a message on the main screen) and Use the homey desktop app. Because then everybody wants all 34 populair browsers supported. Just use Chrome if you don't want the app. And please don't put any extr…

You could try copy-ing the the driver code into it yourself. If you take a look at the driver.js for zwave it really isn't that hard to get the hang of it. There also a lot of examples in other zwave apps. That maybee is the fastest way to get it …

We have a special timeslot to nag too ... (used it many times myself) But if you asked for help we could have filled those slack bits that got burned with usefull information. (guess youre mind drifted with al those nasty words like K&K) Slow t…

There doing a massive fixing job in the dev-preview releases. My load on Homey has never been this low , mem leaks are found. Extra logging added and bugs are killed. The blog was long promised and already 1 week late. (That was last week…

Beter yet , share the code and the manual . But indeed, love to see it in action.
-
@ericjanvanputten you can make a nice flow, even with a responsive notification you can open the door if you want.

My best guess it that the delay is being caused by the packets traveling along the mesh network. Most likely 2 or more hops. I see delays in also going to 3 - 4 second s when devices are in the far ends of mesh. Also the sometimes fail. Guess Athom…

@basvandenbosch no not a direct BLE there was talk about integrating the flicd process in homey

Flic.io ....... kuch One of those apps thats impossible for the community at this moment
-
Ifttt has become to slow these days to use if you want any action to hapen within 15 or 30 minutes. My logging even shows 1 hour delays and it unacceptable for any automation system. This is not Homey/Athom its fault . IFttt is just going down the d…

Take some pictures and the popp valve to youre nearest warmteservice.nl point and they can tell you how easy (or not) it is to exchange it so the popp can pop on.
-
You have rhe wrong thingy in youre pipe-ing . It needs to be a small pin that needs to be pushed in by the valve to close the intake. You have a thingy you need to turn ... thats not good. Usually you can take it out and exchange it for the push thi…

There is already a recent Ring topic in the forum. Please use search before creating a new topic all over. https://forum.athom.com/discussion/2215/ring-com-doorbell-support-on-homey/p1

@menno someone is already giving it a try. The PHP Api works so he "only" has to convert it into a homey app. But we just have to wait a little until he makes magic happen .
-
It should be possible i think. The time you calculate with logic that it takes you can put in a var named bv Runtime Then youll need a var bv named Gemiddelde And you let gemiddelde var be gemiddelde var + runtimevar / 2 If you run this every dryer …

Youre welcome to give it a try at my place with around 100 devices creating a massive mesh network. Signals indeed can be interupted , true . But if a burgler wants to come in he will come in. No matter what. The ones you are talking about know what…

@underground thank you for confiming the small minded part If you fall over the were we're on a big piece of text typed on a small phone screen. I couldnt care less about typos as long as the info goes out. And i'm not thinking im part of Athom,…

Homey can be reliable enough. To say it isn't is just so small minded. The only concern is that homey would crash or hang. Were are getting to a point that that does not happen so often any more. But , there are some simple rules for alarm systems…
-
yes, but youll have to write the app first... take a look at the playbulb app for reference . it uses the homey BLE which i just a athom wrapper around Noble. Take a look at the Noble github for more docu's
-
Draining was probably caused by the processsendata bug in Homey. Are you on 1.0.5 already. Then it should be fixed (most part then) because i do still see some ling processdata's come by in my zwave logging.
-
@underground you're welcome to join the discussion on slack. That's also where Emile and Jeroen pop up. You can also pm them personally there.

Well making zwave drivers is pretty easy, even i can do it. documentation enough arround as well as examples. Its not the lack of docu anymore thats at the base of the no progress of the app
