i use the device i have ( my tv). I suppose that you can use any signal you want, but i did not test that.

since i have made a flow that each hour runs and does do nothing special the app keeps running. Normally it did not always respond the first time after a while but that is now history.

1.1.9 is stable so you don't have to Subscribe to experimental updates to get your update.. if your homey won't update contact support.
