  • Homey can support every device that is on the market, and will get on the market in the future, if the z-wave chip they are using is Z-wave/Z-Wave 500/ZW5/gen5/Z-Wave Plus.  They have no plans at the moment to update the chip itself.  So homey can…

  • @DenW & @All using the build-in dimmer i have fixed the TZ65 right switch flow triggers and now also updates the output better (not perfect, but it's the best i can do to also be able to include the right switch triggers) you can find it on my g…
  • can you show how you wired the sensor(s)? with a picture or something. maybe the reset doesn't go well, try using the reset option inside homey: Homey's settings -> z-wave -> [Remove a Device] then pressing the small button 3 times just test…
  • @PacoS  no problem  hope you can get your money back then (or the difference), or rather have the right wall plug delivered to you. Even cheap shops need to hold onto the 14 days return guarantee procedure at least. but indeed, normal z-wave does n…
  • @mightymarc2005  the universal binary sensor is working completely now. what app version are you using? did you attach the temperature sensor before including it to homey? (this is a MUST) did you wire it properly?
  • @PacoS then your wall plug will automatically be included as secure (as long as the distance isn't too big)
  • @PacoS which version of the wall plug do you have, normal zwave or zwave plus (don't look at the number "102" that doesn't indicate if it is zwave plus or not)
  • @djesko while being busy with the TZ65(D) yesterday I noticed that the switch also doesn't send its status always and need to poll it for this.  This is might be the same for your device(s) hw changes. So I need to poll them. I'll update the code …
  • @Roppiee ;; motion sensor is still not an app issue but a general issue, and athom should have fixed it in the next Homey update. Change log 1.1.2 & 1.1.3: use new way of bug tracking
  • @JosStultjens  hmm, that's odd, i will investigate, will keep you updated
  • That is exactly what I mean with full implementation
  • Already told it on slack to the one that copied the question over there, but here is a copy of my answer: The scene activation might not be implemented properly, at least it's not fully implemented in the fgs-213. i'm going to look at this, since i…
  • You could try this way. Just command your homey for a "reminder" at the time you want your television on, with the command "television on" And trigger a flow with the reminder Voice Command: "Ok Homey, Remind me on 20.00 to turn on the television"…

  • @djesko ;;;;;; the ZW075 (Smart Switch 6) is already included for ages now (since 10 september), i only added the meter_power capability in my re-write what app version are you in a i see now that the ID is incorrect only using the old ID, how di…
  • @djesko  plus version of what? all my PR's are in the app now and in the app store
  • @0burner0  i have gotten the modules myself today so i can add the code now easier, but don't know when i have enough time to add it. So maybe next week or so. Still some other stuffs i need/want to fix first. There is scene activation for the Sing…
  • @JosStultjens ; You will need to change 1 or 2 parameters (settings) if you want faster reports: 1: Temperature Report Treshold: 10 (default) = 1 degree difference needs to be measured before it is being send. You could put this lower if you want to…
  • Z-wave is by far open source now, the CC's that they published for public use is only 10-15% of the code used in zwave, the rest is still closed source and only get able through NDA license or reverse engineering.  Athom needs the NDA license to of…
  • BTW, If it is the same as domoticz is using, then it is not even a Routing Table.  Even they don't have that.  If it's only a "Neighbour" Table.  It shows which devices Could speak to each other.  Does not mean it is the route it is taking.  I hav…
  • @Jeroenvano there is still a bug with dimming devices, if they are already on, and then get dimmed in flow, it will still send the "on" command, which will put the dimmer to its initial original diming level back again Still waiting for the dimmer …
  • It might be because domoticz (or rather open z-wave) did not have to sign a NDA and figured out everything by reverse engineering z-wave.  unlike athom who has everything legit, but with a NDA, that might make them not able to show the map.  Like t…
  • A search on the forum would also be nice: (still Frontpage news atm)  https://forum.athom.com/discussion/2382/new-dutch-kickstarterproject-slide-homey-ready#latest
  • RuudvB said: But you will need a power socket (close by), cables running and an adapter. Maybe you have good options to hide all of those, but I consider the cable free solution the prime reason to buy the little NEO thing. Already have an u…
  • it's actually not even possible by using force unless you rotate your plug 90 degrees and then try to plug it in   even though there is a physical barrier (paper?) around 1 of the contacts. <= kinda weird i think it was just a bad part that is (…
  • a bad R16 (inrush current resistor) is enough to cause a nice spark the cheap version of the z-wave chip   i so hope it's not 0.4 cosinus, that's HORRIBLE and kinda weird in such a small relay (1.0 = best, 0.0 = worst) and depending on what type …
  • @RuudvB  my reason for taking 1 motion sensor on external power is because in the living room there is constant movement when i'm home, this drains the batteries way more quick (4-5 months), but still want to have motion sensing, especially for when…
  • @Loki679 ;;; what homey version are you running?  there has gotten a few bugs into the homey core since version homey firmware 1.0.1 was released if you include a sensor in that version, and athom is already trying to fix it for 2 versions, but wit…
  • @chrisboer ;; FGS-222 isn't user friendly either because: 99 of the 100 web shops promote their Relay Switch with the "Relay Switch" name, not the code name FGS-222 and have yet to see a Product Box with not the "Relay Switch" name on them and seen…
  • Double Relay Switch 2 = the full name, that is also on your product box   Description is of course in the app store: https://apps.athom.com/app/com.fibaro
  • @chrisboer try reading the devices box for the name (it also states Double Relay Switch 2) or the readme file/app description which has the entire list of code names AND normal names accordingly And try hovering the name, not the icon
