Phuturist said: It just became available in the app store Ok, nice!

I'm not sure on the speech part. My Homey's also doesn't work and I currently don't use it. But if it runs when you're testing the flow, then you're on your way

Autocomplete is not yet implemented, because of a bug in Homey (https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/234). For now you just type the name of the activity exactly as it appears on your remote or in the app. Note this is case sensitive!
-
Now I can't wait...
-
download the code from the repo and: athom project --run

PimVolkert said: Can't find it in the appstore... Is it gone? It's currently under approval. Currently you can only sideload it using the devtools.

THAT = AWESOME!!!

Bumblez said: Awesome! So starting/stopping activities already works. Is there anything planned for specific Device support through Harmony as well (though I know that's considerably more complicated, as there can be so many different functions…

Autocomplete argument for flow cards seems broken (#234).
-
Please note there are some caveats in creating a driver. The docs currently don't cover those, but they will be updates soon. If you need help creating a driver, just let me know. I have it working for the Harmony Hub app.
-
In that case, it might just work for me. I'll experiment some more and report here.
-
I understand, but it doesn't prevent the user from entering a value that results in a flow that's not doing anything.
-
I get a push notification from Homey (the app I presume) each time I get home. Isn't that based on the same logic?
-
New version of the app has been submitted to the App Store. I'm very much looking forward to your first experiences with it

Jon said: @brinkie By 'installing a device' you mean installing the harmony hub? Yes, or two or three
-
Instead of installing the app, you'll add a device, so yes.
-
Unfortunately the first version of the app had been rejected for the AppStore. Athom seems to think it's a better idea to implement it as a driver (instead of an app) and I have to agree. That would add support for multiple hubs instantly, where the…

MennoVanDerAat said: Would be great if I could control everything in cabinet with homey like I do now with my harmony If you use activities already, you soon can @MennoVanDerAat !

I submitted the Harmony Hub app for first review last night, so shouldn't be long now...

Harmony Hub app used in a flow:
-
Ow, and the app has auto-discovery to easily find your Hub!
-
I'm cleaning up the repo. Just hold on a little longer. You'll be testing it soon
-
You can start any activity using a flow card, in which you type the name of the activity exactly the way you entered it when you created it. In some future update I hope to replace this with a dropdown of the list of activities you have configured.
-
First testing of the Harmony Hub app is successfull. A named activity can be started and everything can be turned off through a flow . Some minor issues with the settings page remain (hub discovery only works once), but that should be solvable in sh…

For the record, the Hub from my Elite package has the following p/n: 815-000118

Will said: Just ordered the Homey today, but I'm willing to test if you want. I have the Harmony Smart Control. I'm not a developer myself, but I'm willing to contribute Nice and thank you! I just might hold you to that...
