Will other flows that react on speech still be triggered ?
-
Well, would a second controller help in extending the range of z-wave, in a more stable way than (eg) a wall plug can do it? Maybe there can be some benefits, or is it just 'stupid' to buy one (when you have an Homey) ? Or should I wait until Homey …

@Emile Maybe adding some country/language flag next to the profile picture would give a better idea for the users where everybody lives ?

I assume the Harmony app (in Homey) queries the Harmony hub. When the information is not returned in a timely manner the app (in Homey) crashes. I have the same issues. When 'Soort' is empty, wait a few seconds. Sometimes, out of the blue, the box g…

Sorry, i'm patiënt. Just did not get it wasn't published yet.

@MarcelTimmermans I also only see the phonenumber and callername, that's all.

while searching for some solution to create a well working Z-Wave mesh, I stumbled upon this: http://www.vesternet.com/resources/technology-indepth/understanding-z-wave-networks More specifically this part Challenges in Typical Network Configuratio…

@JurgenHuijbregts ; Of coarse, I know, repeating every z-wave message would drain a battery in no time. But 5 meters, 1 wooden wall, ... the signal should be able to travel through that, don't you think ?
-
Same issue here, 4 sensors, one is 5 meters away, 1 wall, only connection when the door is open. My house is a wooden structure, no concrete at all, no metal studs but wooden frames with drywall plates ('gipsplaten' in 't vlaamsch :-) ) The only met…

@Uranday I made a flow with IF: date&time, every minute THEN: Betterlogic Set String Variable: TimeString, Value: TimeTag TimeString now is '22:16' So actually stringfunctions like you have a mathjs flowcard would do the job. like: TimeString…

And it works, yeah ! I LOVE this community

@Uranday Great! Do you think my 'request' (2 replies up) would be possible in the (near) future ?

I want to store the time, when an event happened. I want to use the time (hours or hours+ minutes, depending on the specific flow). I have a flow to stores the current caller (to my fritzbox), in another flow I want to ask homey, who was the last ca…

Exact the same situation for me. Also no big deal... but hey, you're not alone. Feel better now ? :-)

@tim1990 That's more or less the same trick I use to log a Countdown counter. Store it's value in something that can be logged. @luccie_007 I know it's not Athom's fault, I meant that Nest shouldn't dictate use. I had 3 Nest Protect's at home tha…
-
So we download it by hand, every week. I'll make a flow in Homey to warn me each sunday :-) Just kidding, I don't have a Nest, but you get my point. I think NO company should be allowed to say what I can, or can NOT do with MY data.
-
Maybe it's possible to download insights every week. I you can do that by hand, why not automated ? Probably something that has to be added by Athom.

@Emile please take a look at the screenshot above, the blue line. at approx 5.10PM the value was 7 at approx 9.00PM the value was 8 The way the line is drawn here make you think that the value is 8 at 5.10PM, it would be more visually correct if t…

It's working ! I now have - a Countdown timer (created with the Countdown app) - a number-variable (created with Better Logic) I'm using a mathjs expression: round( waarde / 100 ),1 Reason: I want this timer to be visible in the same sheet as my…
-
@WathLamers The thing is, I want to store the time when something happens, I don't want to store the time, when I know what the time is (that's what the if-column is used for). Also, and that will be a Better Logic thing, I want to know the time wh…

I tried to get an answer in 3 different tropics. I think it's not possible

Anyone else with a spare Powernode 6, I'm also looking to buy 1 (or 2)...
-
@aloft My attempt to make it work with the 'and' column, was a workaround, because it didn't work in the 'if' column. No need to make it available in the 'and' column, if it's working now. Thanks again. Good job !
-
@JanH I also forgot to explain the BL-variable 'Push Message'. I just change to value with what I want to push. Another flow is triggered on the changed value, and pushes a message. This way I can change push-servers, add extra rules (eg. only push…

@bob76 I made this to notify me on my phone when a call comes in at home on my fixed line (connected to a FritzBox). When someone comes home, and wants to know if someone called, just ask Homey. and Just want to add some time-labels so you also …

Hi @aloft ; This is what I made just to test it. When I open Insights, a dot is showing up, but the variable is not being loaded with a value. I tried to add the card to the 'and' column, but there was no card with a 'value' or 'name' tag, only in…

Is there a way to know what the lowest temperature will be the upcoming night, and what the highest temperature will be the next day?
-
@KoenMartens @Rocodamelshe @caseda {{$LastCaller}} did indeed the trick. I anticipated already on that in the first flow. Only adding it to a second 'say something' in the second flow, was all I needed to do. I used a second say card, just to add 1…

It's the first time I'm going to use something like this. So I can just put https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDfjXj5EGqI in the URL field? (not at home, have to try it tonight)
