Hi @dbonsaksen, welcome to the forum. The Multireg thermostat is sold under many names; I don't even know what the original brandname is.. Currently there is no app for it yet... See my remark in the Heatit thermostat topic

Typically, Synology is announcing new NAS models months before they will be available at retailers.. and update specific types in a bi-annual cycle.. I would not expect for an updated DS916+... no guarantees though
