Maybe giveing Homey some kind of glasses, will boost the range. A tiny sphere lens which braodens the beam? My philips remote has one, and it shows up massive on my wii-test.

Kevin010 said: Where is the IR sensor supposed to be? I try to add an IR device, but none of my remotes are detected. It asks to press a button for 3 seconds or really fast for as long as 3 seconds. Tried everything. Homey is blind. is there …

@Athom I decided to test the IR after leaving it alone a few months since the pairing didn't work etc etc. Now in .29 it's been improved, far way better the on january the 5th , but still doesn't work that good. Although it is not really scienti…

?? Before i update form .27 to .29. How come it's .29 while the only thing fixed is the Wifi recovery? It jumps by 2 versions though there seem to be no major changes, as was stated in the previous updates ??

Reading the posts, I gather that problems are all at the receiving end of Homey. Voicecontrols that don't register, triggers that don't work (Homey does not respond to the "Do" command it's been given), thermostats which send data, isn't received, …

I found that when trying to manipulate the volume of chromecast via an seperate flow youtube or chromecast stops working. A reboot via the reboot options seems to clear things. Not sure if it's the chromecast app or the youtube app stops responding.…

Not cool! Accident or not, we are talking about a lot of adresses... 427 to be exact I noticed some have a profile picture and such. Alas most mail adresses are probably linked/hooked to a google account... On the other hand, no use crying over…

Perhaps a new newsfact. I've read on nu.nl/tech/ today, that Nest is updating it's away/home function to make it more accurate. It's going to use the iOS and Android location function.

After an hour or so, some flowcards disappear from the flows. After rebooting, they re-appear again . I'm using Chome, could it be a Chrome issue?
-
I tried the manualy adding of a IR remote (Old IR Horizon upc remote). It actually worked fine for a few hours... until i had to reboot (using the button). Some flowcards suddenly dissapeared from my flows. After the reboot the IR devices didn't wor…

Guys, and girls i value all your opinions. Even those who disagree with me. I however did not question the financial status of athom. I only commented on the way they work and that way ... well enough said already. I would like nothing better for a…

Great idea! Personal flows could be triggered. Using the MAC adress could also work the other way around? If Homey knows the mac adress it should be able to get the IP? Perhaps adding them instantly to some sort cloud inside a home? Or am i getting …

BasVanDenBosch said: Or something was wrong already and was building up a queue... Could be. I haven't noticed it untill the RF bug surfaced. All in all, i think it could well be a combination of 433 issues and the flows triggering it. …

This morning the load avg was about 0.4. I haven't installed any apps after the reset yesterday, aside from the kaku. No flows created after the reset. For now i unplugged homey, for i do not know what it is blocking or not. Nothing to do then wait …

BasVanDenBosch said: ""Someone contacted me and told me there was a nasty bug in his app, which is fixed btw." -> what app is this? As for the blocking, that's what I was saying, we need to find out why some of the Homey's keep sending the…

Okay! Just found out that Homey is blocking every kind of 433. I noticed that my weatherstation, which works on the 433 frequency, lost contact with my outside sensors. Pairing them wasn't possible with Homey ON. After unplgging Homey they paired al…

@Moek everythings still dead as a dodo... Thanx for the suggestions all, but i'm done with it. I've lost all faith in Homey , no that's not true, I've lost my faith in @Athom being the company to bring Homey to the big audience. I just took a qu…
