  • Yes that's my decision. But even if I turn on auto update, my Homey isn't updated, so why would I turn it on with the risk to overnight receive a highly unstable firmware? The risk on receiving a unannounced unstable(?) firmware and crashing my Ho…

  • I disabled auto update. This meanly because in this stage of development I want to decide myself if I want to update to a particular version. By disabling Auto-update is see this message; ------------------------------------------------------------…

  • A "stable/Beta" release would also be highly appreciated by around 70% of the userbase

  • @MennoVanGrinsven  Which firmware are you using?
  • That's the current status.... its a bit of a bummer..... By loading the page only the most rights device (Fibaro Wall Plug) was "dead", but after clicking/interacting with the other 3 device become also dead. The Fibaro 2x1.5kW V2 relay is a very …
  • @Menno; did you try to refresh the "failing"? Go to; System>Zwave>Failed>Refresh Node @Phuturist; Did you try to place another powered Zwave module between the two 6 node sockets? Maybe one of the Single socket device is not properly routi…
  • @Bumblez  Homey is a controller. HUE bridge is also a controller for the lights, but its also a bridge/hub between Homey and the lights. About 2 years ago I thought of buying a RFXCom or homewizard so I could control and receive (weather station in…
  • Sensors which run on batteries aren't able to route Z-wave package/data. So if the only path to a failing node is by/over a battery powered device, then the failing node won't recovery/refresh/"come back online" The best practices is to build a bu…

  • Will post tomorrow some more info.
  • @Bumblez  Maybe Athom deleted it with a purpose? And still the same doesn't mean it will be the same over a week or month.

  • Homey is blasted with 6 amazing powerful IR blaster Leds, so that are 6 big reason to rely, use and work with/on homey's IR capabilities.  I bought homey to get rid of all the hubs.
  • Here I can reach/cover the whole house with 4 powered modules,to me that's a good ranch.

  • Why should i use a IR Extender with Homey?
  • What do you guys call poor and what type/brand devices do you use? Here is tested some configurations and with a total of 4 devices i can reach the attic on one side of the house from homey downstairs on the other side of the house. See; https://f…
  • reboot Homey and after the rainbow appears wait at least 2-5min for the Z-wave chip to start properly. Then first be sure your sensor isn't already part of another Z-wave network and go to; Settings > Z-wave > "Click remove Node" and follow i…
  • Rocodamelshe said: Well im more a community guy. Stick with the group and try to help where-ever u can. In Dutch we say: Haal bij een ander niet, wat je eigen dorpje bied. I just thought that this was THE community for Homey. But maybe its more…
  • @all I think there's some confusion over the interpretation of the words "help" and "support". Helping each other is no problem, a big plus and could be considered being a "task" of communities and a great thing to do. Sharing a "old" (not being a …

  • @Rocodamelshe ; Thanks for you thoughts! Could you explain what would be the benefit of 2 Polls against one poll on 2 forums in 2 topics/platforms reaching more homey users? It also stands you free to create a Athom forum poll.
  • @Bumblez  Thanx!  we are 4 months after the first badge was shipped Lets wait and see....

  • Its Athom's task and its not a or the solution if the community is going to do it. As long as we solve there problem, there hardly wont be an incentive for Athom to change. Same for the "update strategy", firmware release strategy, the update mech…

  • @ericjanvanputten  I think the problem is the times are on different days/dates. Could you test this; when trigger (http get in this case) is triggered between 21:00 and 23:50 time then put lamp on
  • You are totally true, but your bad experience with support@athom.com should not mean that we need to help all user because Athom's support is a bit disappointing. The best, and in ideal, only point for official support = support@athom.com You are …
