Hi, thank you I'm using Homey-dash and betterlogic trickery to reach my goal. The thing is, both vera, fibaro and all other home-controllers (inferior to homey in many ways though) has this functionality build in, and the mobile app doesn't really…

@cbh I've been doing all kinds of solutions with zhc and dimmable bulbs. If you use z-wave dimmers you should use direct multilevel associations. If the app gets an update that fixes the Missing status updates you should be able to use the dimmer ta…

Thank you

bvdbos said: So you have that lamp connected to both Homey and the remote? I Would REALLY much like to know if this is the case. A direct assocition from the rotating dimmer is faster than "Dimmer->Homey->Lamp" - I've tried multip…

Hi bartglim. I just powered the bulb on (It will then be in pair mode for a few seconds) - and then added a "zigbee device" to homey. Just like a basic z-wave device it will only have on/off functionality, no dimming.
-
Everything is going great here. My network is purely z-wave based and was running 100% after the update. Today i bought some hue bulbs to go with my z-wave setup, everything is working fine through the builtin ZigBee driver - i don't need dimming, …

Hi. Could you make an adjustment to the polling interval? Five seconds is really harsh on a large z-wave network. As far as I can remember 100+ seconds is recommended for even small networks. On my fibaro it was using a queue way above five minutes.…

Bugger, thank you for the info

Light switch, bulb, etc. All my light z-wave light switches are represented by an on/off switch in homey.
-
Sounds great. Does it have 'any switch' was turned on functionality or only what you mentioned?
-
Correct. Universal groups, with the ability to check for all/any states in flow cards. To check if a light is on when leaving home. /Mobile
-
And, I don't think you can check for if any of the devices in a room is on, but I could be mistaken.

Hi Using a build in feature would be neat and the first thing I tried was actually to create 'virtual rooms' a la living room -lights, etc. But it really messes with the basics of the setup. If groups or types was a possibility it wouldn't remove …

I'm sorry, as i see 'Sets' i could just as easily use a variable through 'betterlogic' but i might be wrong. What I did in fibaro was create a device group, eg. Devicegroup1=(Kitchen light 1,2,3+Livingroom light 1,2,3,4+etc.) Then created scenes li…

Could be ! Thank you very much, will look into it as soon as i hit home. Thank you very much!

Hi, and thank you. I'm not the developer of the application, i don't have developer access (cli) to my homey. The developer is the original creator of the hardware. On other controllers, like fibaro the switches does not require polling. They have…

And this is actually also related to this thread: https://forum.athom.com/discussion/3426/z-wave-multi-channel-associations#latest If both the switch and the receiving end of a direct association is "lights" it will start the blinking on/off cirkus…

This thread actually went completely off track. The "Alt" (Means ALL in danish) in the picture above is actually the one that lit up when any light was ON on my fibaro setup. Going back to the beginning, will it be possible to check if any light i…

Hi @TedTolboom I actually use them to control my garage door, lights, fans, etc. But I'll contact the creator of the app and the switches about that. Is it possible to change the device-type after the initial choice? Ex/including z-wave devices is…

Hi. After a few days, I've been trying some stuff and this will never work out without multichannel association. I need to have the state of the four switches that my zhc5010's have syncronised with the other multichannel devices they control. (ZH…

I have a little programming experience, but There is already an app developed by the products creator (logicsoft/Kim). If you can describe precisely what needs adjusting i can forward it to him in person. /Mobile.
-
Hi The nodon is not related, in any way to zhc5010. The zhc is installed with the wiring, and contains an internal relay. /Mobile
-
I don't know what "the nodon" is, i'll Google it right away The switchen have a native app zhc5010 is it's name. /From the mobile.
-
I think i understand the picture now, the thing is - i can't choose what type of devices my multichannel z-wave devices are. Not as far as I have been able to find out anyway. But please prove me wrong Have a nice day.

@bvdbos I know it's a bit much to ask, but can i get you to translate the text in the screenshot? I don't think we are talking avout the same thing. Sent from the phone, sorry for Spelling.

Thank you very much. Without it z-wave really doesn't shine as bright as it could

Hi, and thank you But, do you know if it's still on the list or in the Beta releases since trello lists it as "done". (?)
