You can use tasker on android for this. Make it send a http get request to Homey once you connect your phone to the charger and the time is between 22:00 and 6:00 (or whatever time works for you). I always have my phone connected to the charger when…

Any update about having Homey reading the status of the LIFX lights? Can't wait to fully integrate my LIFX lights with Homey.

The status of my devices is not automatically synced with HomeyDash. For example when I switch on the KaKu device with an ordinary KaKu remote I do not see the status being changed on HomeyDash. I first need to click on the refresh button on HomeyDa…

I'm looking for an android tablet with a dock/stand with charging capabilities with the tablet in horizontal orientation. Preferably wireless charging. I want to use that tablet as default for Homeydash but will also want to have the option to use i…

I now even have Homey notifications on my Google Home using Tasker and the autocast and autoremote plugins. The delay in the action happening and the notification being spoken bij Google Home is 3-4 seconds most of the time. However sometimes it is…

caseda said: @Jesper yes it will, the bridge is being polled every 7,5 seconds if the status of anything has changed. Cool that's a big advantage when compared with the LIFX lights.

swttt said: Homeydash syncs with Homey using websockets, so if anything changes in Homey it does as well in Homeydash. Short answer, Yes. Everything is in sync even when using the Hue app to switch. Cool. But I just learned this is not…

Enjoy your holiday @Priknr1. And I will try it out once you have it working for your devices.

swttt said: @Jesper Hue works, but just on/off and dim. And will the lamp status be synced when I use the hue app (or Google Home) to switch them on?

Question will the hue light status be synced with Homey when I use the hue app to switch them on?

So if I understand it correctly the LIFX lamp status wil not be synced with my Homey when I use Google Home to switch them on?

Does anyone know why the dimmer value is not synced with Homey when I use the switch on the wall to change the dimmer value? Is there some kind of setting which I need to change? Same thing happens when switching the light off/on with the switch on …

Does somebody already use philips hue in combination with HomeyDash? Can you see the current state of the Philips hue lamps on HomeyDash (on/off, brigthness, color).

Priknr1 said: why not just built in a qubino or fibaro dimmer behind your switch. This way the switch stays functional AND from app is possible. I do not have a switch connected to the lamp (it's not possible for that light). I will pro…

I would like to test if this is possible with my Google Home. Would like to know if it is possible to for example say the current temperature in my livingroom. How do you need to do this with http?
-
@Bram Will it be possible to let Google Home speak the notifications instead of Homey once Google has accepted Homey? For example when somebody opens the garage door Google Home will say "Garage door opened".
-
@Bram van Rooijen any idea when we could expect an update of this app since it's been updated by @rkokkelk more than 2 weeks ago.

For people who want good voice control Google Home is an good option. I have a Google Home and Google Home in combination with Homey is awesome. Google Home voice recognition is almost perfect and Homey has the advantage that it can potentially cont…

@swttt I saw that there already is a version 0.0.19 on github. Is there any change that this version could be send to the Homey app store. Would love to try this version but don't know how to instal it from github.

@Jeroenski74 I was wondering if it is possible to send the command my Google Home receives directly to my Homey without using IFTTT. Or were your posts just for the sake of simulation. I do not understand how I could get the speech input which my …

Is there a way to convert seconds into hours, minutes and seconds? For example 3732 seconds = 1 hour 2 minutes and 12 seconds. I created a flow with tasker and Google maps which tells my GF in how much time I will be home and "Jesper is home in 1 h…

Is there also a way of translating the seconds of the countdown timer to hours, minutes and seconds or could this be added when updating the app. I'm in the progress of creating a flow (in combination with Tasker and Google Maps) which let Homey say…

@swttt any progress or updates you could share with us about the upcoming update of the HomeyDash app?

One thing I also noticed is when I say "Ok Homey" "Lights on" that all lights (including the Duwi Dimmer) turn on. But when I say "Ok Homey" "Lights off" all lights except the Duwi dimmer turn off. And when I again say "Ok Homey" "Lights off" the Du…

I reported an issue about the dimmer icon bug on github but Athom told me that it was a app specific bug and that it must be fixed by the app developer. https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/1326#issuecomment-284478819 @Priknr1 is this something…

I also have problems with my OLED55E6V. See:https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/1263
