  • Version 1.0.0 has been submitted to the appstore and is awaiting approval!
  • Hm I think it would be possible. Speech recognition of Homey needs to improved before I will actually seriously use this app.. Then we can see if it really is a problem.. I don't really think you'd be really missing out on anything if homey just tri…
  • TheoDeKoning said: After 7 attempts, with 10 minutes interval where Homey was switched off, no version 0.08.022 here. Next try: late afternoon. If yourre < 0.20 you should tick experimental updates, then untick 'normal updates', tick…
  • And added a new version. Added experimental music support. Only playing by artist is supported. It can be triggered by 'play music by artist Armin van Buuren'. This will generate a playlist based on songs by the artist and starts playing it. @Fire6…
  • New version @ Github Changelog: - Added seperate flow triggers for pause and resume - Added stop functionality + flow action / trigger. (Say "Stop").
  • Good to see some postive reactions here . You're welcome. Have fun playing around
  • Change the brightness of your led back to 100% and reboot homey. There's a bug that breaks voice control if you configure the brightness of  your LED to < 100%
  • Unfortunately I don't have a PVR client so it would be hard (impossible) to develop this myself.. Perhaps some more peepz will help me with this app after I released it in the app store
  • BasVanDenBosch said: Though I fully support you in this, I think there might be future users (non tech-savy) who just want to install and not create flows for every action. So perhaps auto-create flows when installing an app would be nice? That…

  • MennoVanDerAat said: What do I have to do to help testing? KODI is the app I'm waiting for (3 systems in my house). I did the installation mentioned on the developer site. Do I have to copy all files from github to a self created project? Hope…
  • I might have an 'in'. One of the lead developers / architects  of Spotify gave a session at our company last week telling us all about their company and how their product is built. He said we could get in contact with him for any further questions. …
  • Fire69 said: Yes, thank you for the video! Especially because mimicking your 'ok homey' made my homey react to me for the first time in weeks!    So now I at least know it is actually listening...  [edit]  And... It's gone. No reaction anymore…
  • Phuturist said: Is it possible to have toggles for which built in command will trigger. Reason for asking is that I stopped using the Kodi music library the minute I discovered Spotify. I might try playing music from Kodi once this becomes avai…

  • Fire69 said: You should add 'Stop movie' too  As in complete stop the playback? Or as trigger to pause?
  • Fire69 said: Is there a speech trigger also? Yeah I added it to the github readme: Speech support * "Play movie Finding Nemo" * "Pause" * "Resume" (prevent interference with 'play') Although homey has a hard time understanding 'pause'…

  • Fire69 said: Tried several movies hrre, they all worked from the first try. Iron man 2 (especially tried 2 to see if that would work). Even Victor Frankenstein was recognized   Yeah I implemented some sort of fuzzy lookup algorithm that …
  • There are already some theories going on on the slack-chat on how to get speech working in the most 'natural' way. I have some theories of my own as well, but I need a working Homey to test them . It's a lot harder than you think, since you don't wa…
  • Please note that my Homey does not responde to OK Homey. So I can't test natural speech myself. It currently greedily triggers on 'play movie' so it will interfere with other apps that trigger on 'play'. Whenever I can talk to my Homey again I will …
  • I published a 0.1 preview version release on github: https://github.com/MarvinSchenkel/HomeyKodi for geek users to play around with. I will add this to the app store whenever I have added music and tv show support. Currently working: * Adding a Ko…

  • This would be awesome! I love the promise-framework. I use it as well in my Kodi-app. +10 for built in HTTP and JSON support!
