Emile said: Oh my bad, I meant we'll be shipping them Thursday Woohoo! See, Athom is not all about delays. This is an advancement in time!

For me it looks like you are nitpicking. The question for me seemed obvious, "such a screen, with the details of that room next to it". I think it didn't mean "is it the same as Fibaro", then ofcourse you'd be right. :-) But maybe I understood the o…

Does the app cache these server-retrieved items? In other words, does the Homey app keep working when Internet is offline in my house? (I know Homey itself will keep working, except for voice commands, if I remember reading about this correctly.)

@Emile: is it more accurate if you have a longer phrase? Or can I use "Fuck". " Fuck, I want to watch Star Trek", "Fuck, I need more light in the livingroom" ?

+1 for the question I don't think it's a strange question. "Just wait" is too easy if you feel involved, if you feel passion for Homey, if you are curious and if you want Athom to hear the voice of the community. :-)

Not compatible with a Note 4 Samsung Phone? Can't install it. Hmmm.... Must be a temporary thing.

Hey my friends. Everything is going as to be expected, seen from the sideline and experiences seen and lived with hard- and software development and delivery. There is only one question for which the answer can make me nervous, and that's "is there …

Emile said: If you proxy the music through Homey, from an app like Spotify or SoundCloud, you can have one stream active at the same time. I might create a more 'hacky' Sonos app that can control devices directly through the flow editor, b…

@Emile: I've used search, and read every post in this forum ever, when they were posted. I can't find it, or forgot it, but I've got a question how Homey deals with multiple Sonos speakers/groups. For example, when someone enters our toilet, I want …

Exactly one of the reasons why I wanted a heating system which can operator zone-based, 100% independent, but DOES allow connectivity, so you can influence workings from the outside, or respond to heating-events. EvoHome provides this, or has talked…

Philips is reverting their decision (at least for big part), read the Dutch details here: http://tweakers.net/nieuws/106882/philips-draait-enkele-wijzigingen-uit-hue-upgrade-terug.html

Please post in English. I do exactly this with EvoHome from Honeywell, with 13 zones in my house. Wonderful! No more cold bedroom when I use the wood-fire-place in the livingroom, and such. I did research, and found EvoHome to be most proven, most r…

http://lifehacker.com/if-youre-not-embarrassed-when-you-ship-your-first-vers-1747565971 So Emile, what will it be? Will it be perfect, or will you be embarrassed? The latter is better, or so they say. ;-)

As far as hardware, yes. But also software and perception/ux is a relatively big risk. Software not working properly is manageable for 50 clients. Not for 500. Especially if the waiting for a solution takes weeks, or months.

They may have a roadmap, but providing some advice and sharing from vast experience in rolling out products that some people can provide, is very valuable for an inexperienced startup. Managing distribution calmly, waiting for response after at leas…

I disagree with the words 'completely dependent'. This is not true, it is ALSO a matter of how well Athom plays this in terms of their contact with Spotify. Maybe largely dependent, but their is ofcourse a lot of influence that Athom can apply. The …

I would ship them after tests, and wait first for responses BEFORE ordering the rest. :-)

You don't have to go to Enschede for that. Think you misunderstood the project. You get a DVD with a Virtual Homey.

@jovink: Very nice! Though 2016Q3...think I will go for EVO home and hope I can connect it SOMEWAY to Homey.

@MarcoF: I know. I've read every post on this forum, also all of yours. :-)) It is difficult and always a bit of a tension-area between a pioneer like you wanting information, and a company not being able to disclose everything and also being bitt…

@fuzzeybear: It still means your radiator is undercalculated/under capacity. However, if you have valves in the rest of the house that close, then the too small radiator might be able to heat your kitchen enough.
